After switching between gains and losses on a daily basis recently, the seesaw in the crypto market continued over the past 24 hours, as 9 of the top 10 cryptos registered losses. At the time of writing, Bitcoin was down around 1.7%, holding just above the $5,000 mark.

Bitcoin Cash remains in the green

While all other top 10 cryptocurrencies were seen lower over the past 24 hours, Bitcoin Cash remained on its positive trajectory. The crypto climbed more than 4% over the past 24 hours, making its way up the top 10 ranking to become the 4th-largest crypto by market cap. Over the past week, Bitcoin Cash climbed more than 4.6%.

Major exchanges delist Bitcoin SV

After the Bitcoin Cash hard fork took place last year, the blockchain split into two separate coins, dubbed at the time “Bitcoin ABC” and “Bitcoin SV.” While the majority of exchanges (and eToro) kept the ABC blockchain as the true successor of the original Bitcoin Cash, many exchanges also offered Bitcoin SV trading. However, in recent days, several major players, such as Binance and ShapeShift, have decided to delist the coin, following some controversy surrounding its creator, Craig Wright. Reports suggest that other exchanges, such as the popular Kraken exchange, may follow suit.
