After showing impressive gains earlier this week, the cryptocurrency market remained on its positive trajectory, as all top 10 cryptos registered impressive gains over the past 24 hours, including 4 in double digits. Bitcoin stayed on-track, up by more than 6% at the time of writing and nearing the $3,800 mark.

Bitcoin Cash surges 27%

After registering some of the more significant losses during the recent bearish trend in crypto markets, Bitcoin Cash is now one of the biggest gainers. Over the past 24 hours, Bitcoin Cash prices skyrocketed more than 27%, nearly erasing all of the losses suffered over the past 2 weeks and climbing up the top 10 ranking, currently positioned as the 7th largest crypto by market cap.

Atari deal marks milestone for blockchain in gaming

Veteran video game maker Atari has announced a partnership with Animoca Brands to create blockchain versions for some of its more popular titles, such as RollerCoaster Tycoon and Goon Squad. The deal will enable Animoca to adapt several titles to blockchain over the coming years and distribute them globally. This marks another significant milestone for blockchain technology, as it could pave the way to more blockchain video game titles.
