British Parliament to debate Brexit
UK Members of Parliament will today start a three-day debate on Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal this week. After losing a vote that would have the UK leaving the EU, deal or no deal, by the end of the month, Johnson was forced to ask the EU for an extension to the October 31st deadline. Now, MPs will try to introduce new amendments to the deal before the end of the week.
